MicroCal+

MicroCal+ Calcium Cubes are a premium source of calcium, fortified with the power of moringa for added micronutrients. These 0.25 inch cubes are designed to be unobtrusive in small habitats, such as our Isopod Lodge or Barebones Microvarium, where cuttlebone or large chunks of calcium do not fit or would ruin the design of your microhabitat.

MicroCal+ is created from 95% calcium carbonate, which contains 40% pure elemental calcium (much more than any other form of calcium supplement). To understand the value you are getting with our MicroCal+ calcium cubes, we’ll compare them to commonly used cuttlebone, which is made up of about 90% calcium carbonate calcium. All you have to remember now is that the average cuttlebone weights less than 0.25oz. One ounce of MicroCal+ provides the equivalent calcific value of more than four average cuttlebones while at the same time providing other micronutrients found in Moringa.
